What are the main daily vitamins needed to promote long hair growth in women.?

Posted under Uncategorized

Any daily vitamin will help over not taking any vitamins at all. And I agree with whoever said prenatals… I know for personal experience that they help!!!

If you already are a regular vitamin-taker and are still looking to boost your hair growth, make sure you eat a diet rich in protein (lean meat, chicken, fish, nuts, etc) and lots of fresh fruit and veggies… and drink a couple liters of water a day to keep toxins flushed out of your system, cuz toxin build up can slow your hair growth, among other things. Also, if you still want the extra vitamin boost… take extra folic acid, vitamins A, D & E. Or just start taking prenatals along with your dailies.

Good luck!

  2. Vitamin B12 is a good one. This vitamin also helps promote healthy, quick nail growth and gives a really nice natural shine to your hair!

  3. Folic acid is very good for hair and nails. Trim ends often so that it will prevent breakage and split ends.

  4. I take biotin and vitamin E everyday for my hair and nails. Biotin is needed for hair to grow and to be strong and healthy. It is a B vitamin and you can find it in foods (Eggs, Romaine, Almonds) or can be taken as a supplement you can find a bottle of biotin in the vitamins at walmart, walgreens, target ect. Vitamin E makes your hair shiny. Hope this helped!

  5. a simple over the counter pre-natal vitamin will work great! it won't hurt you to take them even tho you are not pregnant. your nails and skin will be look great too along with your fast growing hair.

  6. All the B's, E & folic acid. Your best bet is to just take a multi-vitamin that has it all in it, otherwise you'll be popping a bunch of pills. I just take a multi, a biotin pill & an omega complex ( the fish oil has also been proven to help).
