GNC women`s hair, skin, and nails vitamins?

i am 14 and i was wondering if it is ok to take these vitamins…or do they have any negative side effects? thank u!
Yes you can take them and shouldn't have side effects. I take them as well because it has the biotin which helps my nails to grow since I have a hard time with them growing without breaking and splitting and it also helps your hair. I have no side effects to the vitamins. You should be fine

i want to take them too
and i was wondering, do they clear your acne up too?
because i have acne on my face, chest and back and i really want it gone
