how long will my hair grow in 2 months by taking one day vitamins for women?

and ive been taking it since the beginning of september..
GNC has a supplement called "Nourishair" that makes the hair grow faster, you can read what's in it by googling it. Be warned these pills are HUGE and you have to take 2 a day.
Also ProCaps labs sells a "hair skin and nails" formula that does the same thing, supports hair growth and health, and is smaller and easier to swallow.
If you take only Biotin alone, make sure you take at least 2.5 milligrams or 2500 micrograms [the same thing] a day because thats' a good amount to take. I use the Nourshair supplement from GNC now and my hair is growing faster than it did, but it took about 6 to 8 weeks of daily use to see results.

Dandruff shampoo causing hair loss?

I posted a question about hair loss earlier, and an answerer told me that it was because I was using an anti-dandruff shampoo. I feel like the hair loss hasn't really changed. What can I do about it? Around two weeks ago, I switched to a deep cleaning, non-medicated shampoo, but I don't know if that's affecting it at all. How long could it take? Any advice helps. Thanks.
Usually hairloss is an internal problem not an external problem. It can be caused by hormones, genetics, stress, and malnutrition. Once the follicle starts to let go of the hair you have a certain amount of years to try to gain it back before it becomes permanent. unfortunately you have to attack the problem with a fury. The best prevention is to stop it before it starts. And try to hang on to the hair you have. As a hairdresser I have learned the most amazing website on the net for hairloss is www.hairlosstalk.com. The hair lost will be permanent. Unless you switch to a better diet before you lose all the hair.

I need some expert advice on what vitamins to take for hair loss. Please help!?

I noticed that my hair is thinning on my frontal area due to hair fall. I changed my shampoo already and I make sure to dilute in water before I use it. I use conditioner every other day and I don't apply it on the roots. I just want to know what vitamins should I take to make my hair stronger so that it won't break easily. I have a very laid-back lifestyle so stress is not an issue here. Please help me, I'm desperate! Thanks!
The B-vitamins are the ones for hair, and also make sure you are using the right hair brush, a cheap plastic one will break more hair. Also, be sure you are not wrapping your hair in a towel, it will cause hair breakage in the exact area you are talking about!

im having quite a bit of hair loss… ive been told that using the same shampoo for a period of time can increase hair loss.. is this true?
it should mostly be based on genes. its not like the shampoo is soaked in your head overnight or anything. cant do much about it except stay healthy and keep your whole body nutritious. genes will play its part at a certain age.
