Best Vitamins for hair growth

Posted under vitamins for hair growth

Understanding what are the best vitamins for hair growth gets you one step closer towards reducing thinning and improving overall scalp and hair health.

Research and consumer experience has shown pre-mature thinning and loss are often the symptom of lowered levels of vital nutrients.  Hair vitamins are specifically formulated to provide daily nutritional needs for healthy growth, increased thickness, and improved strength.

Hair basically consists of filaments of protein that grow from pores in the skin known as follicles. The key component of the fiber is a protein known as Keratin. Hair grows when keratin is deposited at the end of the hair inside the root, pushing it out further (like a growing plant), making hair strands longer.

Hair stops growing when there is no longer any build-up of keratin within the follicles. Certain factors sometimes cause the hair to come loose and fall from the follicle. Some of the factors that accelerate hair loss include a less than healthy lifestyle, over use of harsh hair styling products and constant exposure of the scalp to sunlight.

Vitamins, Amino Acids and Minerals for Hair Growth

One of the most common causes of hair loss is a lack of minerals, amino acids and vitamins. Vitamins and minerals are essential for the continued healthy growth, and a deficiency can lead to poor health, loss, and even pre-mature graying.

Some of the minerals and vitamins associated with healthy hair include Vitamin B-12, Vitamin E, Panthonenic Acid, Niacin, Chlorophyll, and Biotin. These compounds work together to promote healthy growth, improved thickness and increased strength.

The best way to treat such vitamin and mineral deficiencies is by simply putting them back in your body. While this may sound like a daunting task, thanks to the sheer complexity of the system that regulates these compounds, health companies have made things easy for you.

Ingredients Key to Improved Health

Many supplements (Hair Vitamins) are specially formulated with active ingredients to help stop hair loss. Vitamins for Hair Loss, for example, often include B-group vitamins that are excellent at stopping shedding. Supplements that also include zinc and magnesium and essential amino acids vital for the formation of proteins, increasing shine, and improving strength - reducing breaking and split-ends.

The best vitamins for hair loss help control thinning, reduce breakage, and add volume. The side effects are increased shine and smoothness - and, uh, healthier nails and skin, too.

Do Hair Growth Vitamins Work?

Posted under Hair Growth Vitamins

There has been a great deal of controversy about the use of hair growth vitamins. Do they actually work to grow back your thinning hair. There are many people who believe that they are the answer to the problem of thinning hair.

Vitamins are generally used when there is a lack of an important vitamin in your nutritional intake. If your hair loss is caused by a lack of a vitamin it is possible that adding the vitamins to your hair care product or diet might be a solution to your problem. The first thing that you should do is a little homework on the vitamins that will promote healthy growth of hair. Once you know what will help, you might be able to determine what you are lacking in your hair care or diet.

Hair loss typically occurs when the scalp produces DHT that surrounds the hair follicles. When the follicles are clogged with DHT they will shrink and die. You will now no longer be able to grow hair from those follicles. If you can stop your scalp from producing this chemical you will be able to prevent hair loss that is caused by DHT. There are products available on the market that will be able to help you to battle the effects of DHT.

Hair Growth Vitamins

Look for a product that contains vitamins if you are experiencing a thinning of your hair. It might be the lack of a vitamin that is causing your hair to produce the chemical on your scalp that is causing your hair to fall out. Look for an all natural product that is made by a reputable company that has been researching hair treatments for a number of years. There are a lot of products available that make great promises, but do not deliver. Anyone can say that their product will grow your hair, but there are only a few that actually will.

Take a look at some of the research studies that have been done on hair growth vitamins and find out if there are any findings for the success of these vitamins for the growth of your hair. You should take a look at the available natural products that use these vitamins for growing back your thinning hair.

Try out a few different hair growth vitamins to see if there is any effect on your thinning hair. You should also check with your doctor for any information that he might have on the effect of vitamins on hair loss. You should also be aware that some vitamins might not interact well with any medication that you might be taking.

Remember to do your homework when you are looking for hair growth vitamins. Make sure that the business that you are buying vitamins or hair care products from is a reputable solid company. Check to see how long they have been in business and that they follow the highest quality standards. You might just be able to grow back your thinning hair.

My Provillus Review

Posted under Provillus Reviews

Background

In the United States it is estimated that 1 in 2 men and 1 in 4 women experience significant thinning of the hair at some point in their lives. The strongest way to predict hair loss issues is looking at the genes. Hair loss is most often an inherited condition. The risk goes up if there is some sort of family history. Some research points to a higher risk coming from the maternal side of the family.

With men hair loss is most often caused by hormone the (DHT) Dihydrotestosterone. When DHT(Dihydrotestoterone) enters the body the hair follicles thins and rendered ineffective. Consequently the scalp is unable to product new hairs to replace the ones falling out. The more DHT in the body the more the man is at risk of experiencing baldness. The typical pattern for male hair loss is a receding hairline or bald spot in the top of the head.

On the other hand, women typically have no pattern. They usually experience a gradual thinning of the hair all over the head. Few women experience hair loss at a young age. It mostly occurs after menopause.

Provillus Review

Provillus Review: The Good

Provillus is an all-natural supplement that has been proven to prevent hair loss. It’s main mechanism of action is to block the hormone DHT (Dihydrotestoterone) in the body. Provillus also contain other helpful ingredients including: Saw Palmetto, vitamin B-6, biotin, and zinc. These ingredient help to limit hair loss and cause the hair to thicken.

There’s lots of products on the internet that claim to stop thinning hair. However, there are only two products that are FDA approved to treat hair loss. If I’m going to invest in a hair loss treatment I want to know that it has been proven to work. Provillus contains one of the ingredients that carries the approval of the FDA so you that help give this product some good research behind it supporting its use.

Additionally, it comes with an awesome money back guarantee. So you it’s a low risk way to see if Provillus will work for you. If it doesn’t simply get your money back.

Provillus Review: The Bad

Keep in mind there is no absolute cure for hair loss. No treatment will work all the time for everybody. Provillus will work some people, but there will be somewhere it doesn’t work. At the point you may want to consider moving up to the big leagues by inquiring about a hair transplant.

Additionally, the research seems to suggest that products like Provillus take some time to work. So don’t think you’re going from bald to long flowing locks in one week. The before and after pictures tend to give this impression. If you are considering this therapy give it some time. You might quit right before you start to see a benefit.

Also it appears that time is of the essence. The people who get the most out of this therapy usually used it early on in the hair loss process. So you have to be proactive. Don’t wait for your hair follicles to become so damaged that you can no longer find help outside off an expensive hair transplant.

If you are considering starting hair loss treatment with Provillus there is more that you should know. Before you buy this product you need to read the special report below. That report will keep you from wasting your time and money so please read it before you buy.
