What hair growth vitamins actually work ?!?

i want my hair to grow at least six inches.
i'm 15 , and my mom wont let me get hair extensions.
There are no real hair vitamins that can give you miracle hair…but the way you moniter your health can speed up hair growth.
When your body is healthy, hair grows faster because there is an abundance of nutrients and fat that can be sent to grow hair. When you aren't healthy, hair stops growing. That's why anorexia comes with hair loss; your body can't spare anything for your hair.
I suggest taking a daily vitamin and eating well to help speed up hair growth to it's full potential, and condition it well and keep it trimmed to help it stay healthy.
