What are some good hair growth vitamins?

My hair fell out from bleaching and it usually is long and thick nice hair but i need it to grow so fast, i want it to grow like its on steroids lol. what are some good vitamins for that?

Omega 3 Fish Oil Pills. I just started taking them but they are proven to give glowing skin stronger nails, and healthier hair! Healthy hair makes long hair. Take them twice a day
