hair growth vitamins? anyone know which ones are best and if they actually work?

im trying to grow out my hair, saw some stuff online about vitamins that help your hair grow faster. scam or legit? or do these only work if you dont take vitamins in the first place?

Not sure if they actually work or not..But I’ve heard Biotin does help make your hair grow.

    prenatal vitamins work really well for that. if you are a man do not take them or you will have serious health issues as a result.
