Can anyone testify that those "hair growth" vitamins actually work?
Like hair formula 37 and the such???
I can honestly say that Biotin works very well. You can get the vitamin supplement at a drug store. It is something that occurs naturally in certain foods and works with vitamin B and encourages nail and hair growth. While it may not make your hair grow an inch a day it does help it grow faster and stronger. If you choose to use it it does help. I saw a difference more in the fact that i have to color and cut my hair every 3-4 weeks now when before i could go at least 6 between doing so.
I can honestly say though that no creams, shampoos or pills meant specifically for speedy hair growth is not going to help!

If you're already healthy, it makes no difference, but if you're lacking in some vitamins, it might make some difference.

i can testify that eating vegi's and drinking lots of water works amazingly. beyond that the only hair vitamin i've actually used was sold at my salon and it was called nioxin hair growth vitamins I believe. I saw improvement in my hair with those along with eating vegi's and drinking lots of water.
