Are there any fast hair growth vitamins that actually work?

I'm taking 3000 mcg of biotin daily and you can tell that it grows at a faster rate. It's a vitamin, also referred to as vitamin H, that usually comes in the form of a capsule. Search for it on www.vitaminshoppe.com
Make sure you also take a multivitamin because biotin works good alone but works much better when taken with other vitamins.
