Do Hair Loss Vitamins Really Work?

Does it matter what kind of hair you have? I have long black hair, what would be a good shampoo & conditioner for my hair?

I believe that Garnier Fructis Sleek Shine combined with a conditioner by suave is the best. I have never lost a single strand of hair other than when they are individually plucked out like any normal person.

my friends hairdresser told her to take pre-natal vitamins to make her hair grow better. she said it also helped her fingernails, and made her boobs grow. I was wondering if this really works and why. And also if they are ok to take if you are not pregnant (she isn't and neither am I) I especially want to know about if they make your breasts grow.

I have never heard about the breats, but yes everything else is true. ALso it is ok to take pre-natal vitamins even if you are not pregnant. There is nothing wrong with a little extra Iron in your diet. Doctors even recommend taking Iron if your not pregnant but are of child baring years.

Biotin. Foget the expensive hair, skin, & nail vitamins. Go to CVS/Walmart, and buy a bottle of biotin. I had alopecia, and I had bald patches in my hair for awhile. My dermatologist said to take biotin and it's been great.

Iam 21 and have been using revita shampoo and now I have 2 white hair….do you think it's because of the shampoo?

No, the shampoo you use doesn't cause white hair, genetics does….I got my first white hairs when I was a teenager…..If you think premature graying doesn't run in your family, well, maybe it does, but you don't know about it because relatives that have it dye their hair….
